Travis Scott Released From Jail in Paris After Being Arrested for Alleged Assault on Security Guard

Controversial hip-hop artist Travis Scott has walked free without any alterations from jail for an assault charge on Saturday morning that involved an attack on the doorman of George V hotel that is rated five stars. 
 
Some of the information issues found in the article reported by The Hollywood Reporter included that the rapper will not be charged in the future, and while there were aggressive actions by Scott’s security over the photographer, there were no other injuries. Much to the rapper’s chagrin, there were fans and photographers that tailoring him all week when he was in Paris; he accused his bodyguard of not shielding him as he should. 
 
On several clips available on the social network, the star was observed begging the police for assistance with the photographers and fans. Rather, the officers escalated the confrontation, arrested, and detained him for 24 hours on grounds of an argument, the sources, which said no physical force was used or needed. 
 
Paris police officers were summoned to the George V hotel and detained the rapper nicknamed Travis Scott on August 9, 2024 for beating a security guard the Paris prosecutor’s officer reported on Friday after Scott had been arrested. 
 
Scott was said to have struck the guard after the latter sought to prevent the fight between the 33-year-old rapper and his security. Speaking about the guard, the prosecutor’s office said that “the latter himself had intervened to separate the rapper from his bodyguard Again,” The Paris public prosecutor’s office has transferred the case to the 1st district of the judicial police. 
 
French prosecutors told the Reuters and AFP news agencies that they have launched a criminal probe into ‘unspecified violence’ against the guard. 
 
To this date, Scott has not made any comment on the arrest in Paris. A rep for Scott said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter: “We are in touch with the local Parisian authorities to resolve this issue as soon as possible and will give more information when necessary. ” 
 
Before the hostilities began, Scott watched the semifinal of the men’s Olympics basketball where the French team trounced the Germans and moved on to meet the U. S. team. On X, what used to be Twitter, Scott tweeted that the match was f**king wildddddd. 
 
It was reported by the French radio network FranceInfo citing their sources that in a hotel Scott seemed highly inebriated and highly irritable and uncooperative when he was asked to take the breathalyzer test. 
 
The 10 time Grammy winner was arrested in Miami only a little over a month ago for disorderly intoxication and trespassing after the singer got into a fight with a yacht crew on a chartered boat. Scott deposited $500 to have a bond for the disorderly intoxication charge and $150 for the trespassing charge to be released. His attorney continued and reduced the incident to be “merely misunderstanding. ”
