Rockledge Raiders 
 
The Raiders were officially to start their football practice on Monday afternoon with the new first-year head coach Tyrone Giscombe.

Space Coast Vipers 
 
Space Coast and Port St. John met on the field on Monday with Jake Owens returning as head coach of Space Coast. 
 
Depending on the 2024 season, the Vipers will be playing in the Sunshine State Athletic Conference. They are set to kick off their season on Aug. 16 and Owens pointed out the team aims to get the best out of their first three week of regulated practice. 
 
“We have three weeks before the first legal match Now you know that everybody else plays kickoff classics on the 16th ours is legal it is a real football match basically in we have two weeks to get ready for the first week,” Owens said. 
 
Bayside Bears 
 
Bears commenced their eighteen ninety-four practices with fifteen seniors; however, the second-year head coach Billy Williams stated that several underclassmen will participate in the season. 
 
The returnees are led by returning quarterback Kaiden Brabham and now his position coach is former program signal caller Patric McNally. 
 
Similar to Space Coast, Bayside will join this sporting body known as the Sunshine State Athletic Association help in the reconstruction of the team after← a year without victory.
