In Utah State lingo, head men's basketball two of its players got themselves some Mountain West weekly kudos as graduate senior guard Darius Brown II was named MW Player of the Week and redshirt freshman guard Mason Falslev was tagged the MW Freshman of the Week. This duo were the key players in the lead role that propelled the Utah State team to a 68-63 point triumph at home over the No. 1 in the nation.19 San Diego State. The USU athletes ganged up against AP Top 25 and now the university has recorded multiple victories, which is, however, for only the third time in the school history.
