Megan Thee Stallion Dances, Raps and Stumps Vice President Kamala Harris in Lively Rally

Had on “hot girl” outfits while performing energetic dance moves and rapping to her songs, Megan Thee Stallion campaigned for Kamala Harris’ presidential bid during a rowdy rally with fellow rapper, Quavo & Georgia’s Governor hopeful, Stacey Abrams on Tuesday in Atlanta.

“We’re about to make history!” said Megan Thee Stallion while performing a freestyle of her Grammy-winning single “Savage,” a bit pregnant look with a Democrat blue suit and the tie with cropped-white shirt midriff look. Observed from the stage as well was a banner that had the inscription “Hotties For Harris”.

In the energetic but short show, the Texas born singer and her dancers who were in matching blue blazers, shorts, white full shirts but no ties, danced to a few of her hit tracks which also included ‘Girls in the Hood. ” Before performing ‘Body’, Minaj urged everyone to vote for Harris. She snapped, “I know my ladies in the crowd love their body. And if you want to keep loving your body, you know who to vote for. ”

As soon as the opening notes of ‘Savage’ started playing, the Texas Southern University graduate- another HBCU alum like the VP- prompted the audience to ‘speak up for Ms. Harris, the future president’.

Her performance occurred during an intense battle held in the last stage of face-to-face competition, with a program quite representative of the city, for instance, “Welcome to Atlanta,” by Jermaine Dupri; Harris’s producer. It was also evident when during the protest, the music Dupri produced known as ” Never Scared” was played, to remind Harris that she should not be scared to argue with former President Donald Trump. Other Democratic speakers, such as former governor candidate Stacey Abrams, and Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock pumped up the audience.

In his turn as the second speaker at the program, Abrams repeated the audience how Georgia delivered America from Trump. In 2020 Abrams spearheaded efforts to flip Georgia for Biden-Harris and also played the role of helping to get two Democratic U. S. Senators in the persons of Ossoff and Warnock into the senate to afford the Democrats the slimmest majority. She also warned to “never again” and would not clap along with the chants of “send him back” after painting the picture of horror brought by Trump’s presidency.

“We will do the work of making Kamala Harris not only someone who casts a vote to break a tie in the Senate but breaks a ceiling as the first woman, Black and South Asian Vice President in a Biden administration,” she concluded to applause.

Soon after Megan went up on stage, another surprise, the Migos rapper Quavo came up for Harris and their collaborations to solve ‘the gun violence issue. ’ Close to the hearts of the Atlanta-based rapper was his nephew and a member of Migos, Takeoff, who was shot dead in Houston almost two years ago. To fellow rappers the man said, “The one thing I can tell you about VP Kamala, she be standing on business every single day. ”

Calling out those who have never voted and encouraging them to go out to vote in this election he told them that ‘we’re flipping the culture again’ referring to the Migo’s revolutionary, culture shifting album of 2017- Culture. This particular music group got a mainstream exposure when popular TV personality, Donald Glover mentioned one of its songs, “Bad and Boujee” during his acceptance speech while his popular Black and Brown series Atlanta won the Golden Globe awards for the best comedy.

On the disputed border, which was one of the points of support for Trump by Republicans, Harris could not help citing the rapper in a concise phrase about Trump’s stance. “It’s like my dear friend Quavo would rap it, he doesn’t walk it like he talks it,” she humorously said in reference to the charts of 2018, Migos’ “Walk It Talk It” alongside Drake from the Culture II album with clapping from the audience.

Ending her presentation on an inspiring note that called on attendees to go back to their homes ready to work to win the November 5 vote, 98 days away, Harris lamented her opponent’s refusal to engage in a debate with her in September about his agenda, which she said include a constant attack on access to women’s reproductive rights and other issues listed in Project 2025.

“He won’t debate me, but he and his running mate sure have a lot to say about me,” she said. Inasmuch as Sucher (2005) asserts that ‘If you got something to say, say it to my face. ’
