Kesha Declares Shes Coming to Change the World with New Music Following Dr. Luke Legal Battle

“I have been in a legal battle for almost 10 years and have made expenditure on it that sums to millions,” Kesha says this after dropping her first single — Joyride as an independent artist. 
 
Kesha’s fun party is not planning to halt anytime soon. 
 
The pop star, 37, released her first single after parting way with the record label ‘Sony’ with a new song, ‘Joyride,’ early this month after a bitter legal tussle spanning nearly a decade with her producer, Lukasz Dr. Luke" Gottwald. Pc. In a new Forbes interview with her, she said she wants to ‘change the world” — and particularly for any artists in similar situations. 
 
Gave out a piece of advice to anybody who wants to gain ownership of their work back and being, Grammy-nominated singer, she urged anybody who wants to fight back to ‘get a good lawyer’. 
 
Kesha said: “I began my own record company and I am coming to change the world, honey, so just hold on tight. ” The singer also urged other musicians saying for them it is important to “keep writing songs” even in the worst times. 
 
Before they cut your vocal cords, it is really f---ed up that in this country you may lose the rights to your voice but you will never lose the rights to your truth and the truth will set you free,” she continued. ‘I try very much to alter as much as possible in this world I can, to make sure it never happens to anyone again. ” 
 
This new piece of work ‘’Joyride’’ by Kesha has been produced under Kesha records which as we can ponder is her label after she left RCA records and Vector management last year. ]] 
 
Their professional campaign collaboration ceased nearly half-a-year before she and Gottwald, 50, opted to settle his defamation litigation out of court before the trial as early as eight years after she filed a civil suit against the Grammy-winning music producer for sexual, emotional, and physical abuse.

Since they made it known on July 4, the couple has received quite a lot of attention to their new single “Joyride”. It noted more than 19K videos was created on TikTok with this song, and it recently entered the top 10 of the Billboard hot dance/electronic songs list. ] 
 
In the other part of the Forbes interview, Kesha expressed that ‘Joyride’ is the music that she feels ‘the most gratitude’ and ‘happiness’ for in how listeners have received it. “I felt free for the first time since I was 18 years old and I so appreciate every single person that has streamed it, and I love the videos that are being made,” she said. 
 
“I’ve been in litigation for almost 10 years and has spend millions of dollars in legal fees,” stated Kesha. ‘‘This joy has been fought over for me so it feels great that people are willing to ‘Joyride’ with me. ’’
