“He was an amazing champion until he starting to lose. ” Chestnut ∙ He also defended how every time Kobayashi has lost the match he produces an ‘excuse’ for his poor performance, and provided an example when Kobayashi pulled out of the match owing to a jaw problem.
“When I heard Joey saying my jaw problem was fake I got really upset,” Kobayashi said. “This is the first time that my personal feelings are involved I want to kick his ass. ”
Chestnut is the holder of 16 Nathan’s titles including the most recent eight and the world recordholder for eating 76 hot dogs in ten minutes.
