Catch the Cape Cod Baseball League All-Star Game at in Falmouth on Saturday
The bright sparks of the Cape League will converge at the Guv Fuller Field for the 2024 CCBL All-Star game that will be on the 27th of July where the East division will play against the west division in the thirty-third edition of the annual game.
Gates open at 1:30 p. m. All Star Game entertainment starts at 2 p. m. stands for autographs from all of the game’s players and people can then go the field to watch both team’s batting practice.
Home Run Contest will be beginning at 4 in the evening wherein three players from each division are set to play in order to reach the final round. This is followed by the All-Star Game itself with the first pitch due at 6:05 p. m.
Admission for the games costs $10 and although there is no online ticket purchasing for fans, tickets can be bought at the gate on gameday from the official website of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Children under the age of twelve are free entry.
Getting to the game location to make the game in person can sometime be hectic. The Wu Programmer will also stream the pre and post game shows live on NESN+ starting at 6 p. m. and the game itself can be heard on WCAI and the Cape & Islands NRP stations (90.
Cape League TV will have a show prior to Home Run Contest, pregame function and All-Star game from 3 p. m. to 4 p. m.
Parking
Parking is available at the following Falmouth parking lots, within a mile of the field: Mullen-Hall School, Lawrence School, Morse Pond School and Falmouth High School on this island. On Falmouth Recreation Center there is provision for handicapped parking. Drop off at Falmouth High School parking is available from 4:00 p. m.
Bicycle stands are at the railing at basketball court end or at Falmouth Recreation Center end respectively.
Bus Information
Buses will be splitting in front of the Falmouth Recreation center at 1. 30 P. M. with pick and drop points at Morse Pond, Mullen-Hall School, and Lawrence School. Binding buses will be available at pick up points to transport people to the police station until all designated parking lots get occupied. The will have drop offs as late as 10 p. m. or 1 1/2 hours after the game.
